Finally visited sushiro. There’s indeed a Wide selection of sushi and Japanese dishes, among which I would say this tomato basil oil prawn sushi was my favourite. However, in terms of value, I would say you can definitely get better sushi at the equivalent price somewhere else. A side note: if you don’t want to wait for hours, remember to either make a reservation or use their queue app before you make a visit! Does help save a lot of time.

Clear beef soup udon with Onsen egg (anniversary universal price at $9.8) with freshly fried tempura skewers ($1-2). Decent taste at affordable price, even better value if you are using Burpple beyond offer.

Can try if you are a huge fan of yam paste as I am, but frankly the sweetness overrode the yam flavour in this ice cream.

Regular char siew at ~S$15++. Taste was rather good! But personally I felt it was a bit overpriced for the small portion. Worth trying anyways if you are a fan of char siew!

1/4 roasted duck at ~S$19++. Good flavour for the duck itself, but did not quite like the gravy that goes with it

Small rice bowl to go with the ramen. Quite strong wasabi flavour but it blends well with the diced duck and green onion. Worth trying!

The yuzu Chili and pepper seasoning went extremely well with the clear soup. Duck was tender, and the cook on the noodles was spot on.

You can choose your own meat and veggies and have them weighed at the cashier. The taste was descent but the price was a bit more expensive than the usual mala hot pot.

Huge portion! Taste was good, although nothing extraordinary. So I you have a big group hoping to grab a chilling dessert for share, this would be a good choice.

Papaya soup has a light yet umani flavour to it. Pork chop was a generous cut well seasoned. Overall good value for price!

Tried their 大盘鸡 and it was amazing! No random chicken parts (only chicken thigh), and the noodles were soaked with the richly flavourful sauce. Also tried their roasted lamb ribs, good taste as well. Will definitely come back again

As part of the Burpple beyond set, I chose this limoncello cake with key lime mousse. Well it didn’t look that appealing but it tasted surprisingly nice! Definitely worth a try!
