Fresh lobster for free with a purchase of the Bomdiggity Bag with the birthday promo. Not as flavourful as the dungeness crab from the bag, but it’s a free lobster so why not! Had it in garlic butter sauce as well, finger licking good :)
Fresh dungeness crab, prawns and clams encased in a bag with sausages and corn, enveloped in a tantalising garlic butter sauce. Nice ambience, adds to the mood as I savoured every edible item in the bag. Finished by 2 hungry individuals, a must try especially with the birthday promo! ^^
A must-have whenever I’m in the area for Nasi Padang or Vietnamese food. Smooth and decadent ice cream topped with delicious red ruby, pebbles & drizzled with chocolate sauce. Can’t get any better than that for the price point. They have a loyalty stamp card too! :)
Perfect dessert to combat the sweltering heat in Ubin. Two generous scoops of ice cream topped with atap chee & cocktail fruits. A must-have when you’re in Ubin, after cycling around the island! :D
Fish slices fried all the way to a crisp, would like some form of juiciness retained in the fishes. Drizzled with thai chilli sauce all over, topped with sliced onions. Nothing fancy about it, definitely other better choices are available at Enaq! :)
Indian-style, chicken version of the evergreen and classic mutton chop. Buns were nicely buttered and crispy on the outside, delicious when dipped into the sauce.
Sauce is very rich as compared to the Tampines Al-Azhar version, would prefer it a little sweeter like the latter. Chicken pieces seem re-fried, a little hard and chewy for the jaws. Cucumbers and tomatoes were sliced wayyy too thickly.
Worth a try still most definitely! :)
Best eaten right when they serve, the salted egg filling just oozes out and drips down your hands and to your plate. One of the highlights and the main reason why I’ll return to Enaq, and at a very good price too! :)
Rich broth made even more tantalising with cheese as it bubbles its way down my stomach. Ramen x 3 over rice any day, a pity the soup base cannot be topped up but it’s a good enough amount to satisfy my hunger this rainy day, especially after sliding down the rides in Wild Wild Wet! :)
Cheese + Beef Bulgogi

Courtesy of Burpple Beyond, a box of 6 donuts entitled me to 6 more. An exciting experience putting my membership to use for the first time, as reality sank in and I was indeed able to get 1-for-1 deals.
Nothing much to say about Dunkin’, good ol donuts done right for many years prior to this. 12 different flavours meant 12 different experiences altogether. Don’t miss out this offer, $11.40 saved right off the bat. Thank you Burpple Beyond! ^^
Crispy waffles that stay crispy despite being lathered with icecream. Tuesdays meant waffles are half-priced, and that’s always good. Milo powder and oreo bits went very well with the Chocolate Caramel & Blueberry Cheesecake icecream. Will definitely be back for more, especially on Tuesdays ;)
Included as well in the set meal, the fried summer roll has juicy pieces of chicken encased in a crunchy and not too oily dough.
Spring rolls will never go wrong with fresh shrimp, vermicelli, crunchy lettuce and flavourful chicken. Dipping it into the sweet sauce would be the best way to go. Authentic rolls which reminds me of a Vietnamese joint I had somewhere near Geylang.
Part of the set meal ($14.80) offered here at So Pho! :)
As I sank my teeth into the juicy pieces of chicken, I reminisced my university days when I had Cơm Gà almost everyday. Runny yolk trickling down every rice grain, a side of pickled vegetables to balance the richness of the chicken and yolk. My top choice for this joint for sure!
