My favourite of all was their Fried Seabass with Suk's Thai Chili that was thoughtfully sliced up into serving portion prior to it being presented on the table and the chili goes well together. ππ»π
Presentation on point with those big prawns, goes well with a bowl of rice.
uses original original Chang Rai recipe! π
Recommend to try this! ππ»
Simmered with old ginger, garlic and coriander roots.
Nutrious and rich in protein ππ»
An appetizer dish to start off the meal, the coating was just nice, not overly thick. Pair it up with Thai sweet chili. This is also one of my favourite ππ»
Refreshing ice longan with aiyu jelly. There is sour plum added which adds a taste to it and makes the post-meal perfect ππ»
Classic must-have Red Ruby, you will notice that their crushed ice is finely blended unlike other place that is coarse. π
Thinly sliced pork shoulder with spicy E-sharn dressing.
One of the Chef Recommendation dish.
Nice and crisp fried chicken wing, easy to bite, perfect for sharing.
A must have drink for me, Thai Milk Tea.
The taste profile was bold but not overly sweet.

"I Am Lemak" - New stall at Tampines St 21 Chang Cheng Coffee shop, selling nasi lemak with the classic dishes and modern twist.
Tried out their cheesy lobster nasi lemak, their lobster is fresh, rice was fragrant, chili was sweet with mild spicy. Bonus point was that it wasn't oily. Overall, it is definately worth trying! π
