This oyster broth was a creamy blend of oyster sauce, pork, and chicken, delivering a distinct brininess and sweetness unique to oysters. The special set came with three pieces of thick-cut, fatty, melt-in-your-mouth yet meaty cha siu, reportedly made using a French meat-curing technique to achieve its delicate taste and texture. The set also included a whole jammy marinated egg, said to be smoked with white oak for a slightly sweet and smoky flavour.
