Set Lunch This is my first visit to French bistro restaurant Josephine and I tried their weekday Set Lunch ($34) which comprised of your choice of starter, main and dessert of the day or coffee/tea. For starter, I picked Sea Bass Ceviche. The lime marinated raw sea bass with basil, onion and yellow pepper coulis was tangy and refreshing. I ordered Duroc Pork Belly for main and the slow confit pork belly melted in my mouth and was absolutely delicious. Love that the skin was crispy and it went very well with the garlic crushed potatoes and piperade - couldn’t get enough of this! Dessert of the day was a slice of Apple Pie and it was not too sweet - a delightful way to end lunch. There is also a $28 and $44 set lunch. Although the set lunch was pricey, the food was really good - enjoyed this thoroughly!

French cuisine in Singapore This is for the date night or date lunch that you have been waiting for. We celebrated our colleague's birthday and opted for the set lunch at $34++ per person, which includes these three items: 1. Starter - Burrata Di Puglia 2. Main - Steak Frites - Striploin 250g (with a $6 top-up) 3. Dessert of the day OR coffee//tea In my personal opinion, the top-up for the steak frites might not be necessary, as it didn't stand out compared to other options like pasta or sea bass. However, if you're a cheese lover, do not miss their Truffle & Honey Baked Half Camembert. It's a sharing portion that combines the richness of cheese with the exquisite truffle flavor and a hint of sweetness. For those who appreciate bone marrow, this place serves one of the best I've ever tried. Their roasted bone marrow is generously portioned and practically melts in your mouth. Dessert of the Day These mini choux puffs were fluffy and paired with a velvety smooth vanilla ice cream, it sure hit the sweet spot to end a delectable meal.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE Brownie is rich in chocolate taste & not too sweet; unfortunately the hardest & driest brownie I've tasted; lots of effort used to even push the fork into the brownie, & melted ice cream or H2O doesn't help to soften it; quite disappointed for a sweet-ending dish; topped with some crushed digestive biscuit & vanilla ice cream; ice cream is creamy, smooth & rich with vanilla taste, not too sweet..

SPICY PRAWN SOUP Tomato broth is very flavorful & appetising, slightly spicy; with 4 medium sized fresh & crunchy prawns; served with 3 slices of baguette that are crispy, slightly dry but acceptable; probably 1 of the best comforting soup as a starter..

CHILLI CRAB PASTA (F) Huge portion of al-dente pasta tossed in tomato base sauce; rich with crab taste, tangy but not spicy; chunks of fresh & firm crab meat with natural sweetness; good to try..

Homemade Duck Foie Gras Terrine It was the first time that I tried a duck foie gras. At first glance, this S$26.00 dish looked like two slices of cake that also came with sugar-glazed onions and four pieces of baguette toast. As much as innards might not be my preferred diet, this experience was very satisfying because the foie gras tasted really creamy and gentle after being spread evenly on the baguette. The caramelised onions might be helpful to neutralise the taste a bit, but to be honest it was kind of optional to garnish. Fret not if you would think that the Homemade Duck Foie Gras Terrine came in huge portions, as it could serve at least two persons, with the baguette available as eat-all-you-want. Just be mindful that you would likely have a main course waiting for you after this.

Oyster Happy Hour Available from Monday to Thursday, 5.00pm to 7.00pm, L’Entrecôte offered Fine de Claire Oysters at only S$2.95 per piece (U.P.: S$5.00). With limited stock daily, these oysters were freshly-shucked upon order and tasted really sweet, which was a beautiful contrast from the salt-water that remained on the shell.

Auki Matcha Fujiro It's my favourite swiss roll 👁👄👁🤌 I decided to try Auzki Matcha Fujiro ($7.80) without takeaway and I always enjoy dessert so much 💕 thank you uncle for accompanying me to talk with me even thought its just small talk 😅 I really like matcha cream was not that thick but I just accept it 👍 red bean is not thick and a bit of it is enough for non-red bean lovers till nxt time for more & more swiss roll.

Swiss Rolls Finally tried @sweetscraftsman's swiss rolls that looked cute and were yummy too! We enjoyed how they were light and fluffy in texture and how they were not too sweet too! My favourite flavours are Tieguanyin, black sesame and yuzu 😋

Best date night spot! Meadesmoore is such a great place for a date night if you're looking for good food and a cosy atmosphere. We kicked things off with the sourdough bread and scallops, and honestly they already set the bar really high. The bread spread was incredibly tasty, and the scallops were so tender and fragrant that I wished there were more on the plate. We shared the Meadesmoore cut for our main, and I really liked that the sauces were served separately. It let us enjoy the natural flavour of the steak first, which was my favourite way to eat it. The mac and cheese was super creamy and comforting, and it paired so well with the steak. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which had a bold coffee flavour that my partner loved, while I enjoyed a lovely glass of red wine. Overall, such a wonderful dinner and I'd definitely recommend it!

Meadesmoore dinner I had a fantastic meal at Meadsmore. The steak featured a really interesting cut that stood out from the usual selections, and it was cooked beautifully. Every bite was incredibly juicy, with an excellent meat-to-fat ratio that made it rich without being overwhelming. Paired with the restaurant's flavorful red wine sauce, it was an absolute highlight of the meal. The sides were just as memorable. The sourdough was perfectly crusty and elevated by the incredibly fragrant leek butter, while the scallop was fresh, sweet, and cooked to perfection along with the XO beef sauce to top it off. Every component of the meal felt thoughtfully prepared and complemented each other wonderfully. If you're looking for a place that serves quality steaks with attention to detail, Meadsmore is definitely worth a visit. I'll certainly be back to try more from the menu.

Wonderful experience! Had a wonderful meal at Meadsmore! The steaks were cooked beautifully—tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. The side dishes complemented the mains well, and every dish was presented nicely. The service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The restaurant has a warm, cosy atmosphere that’s great for a date night, family dinner, or special occasion. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend to anyone looking for a quality steakhouse. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Go to place for Frozen Yuzu Beer! Great frozen beer - thick layer of foam was almost like an ice-blend consistency. Happy hour promo of $26 for 2 glasses was pretty worth it. Yuzu recommended, lychee was quite strange. Skewers wise, we ordered the Set of 8 for $15 which was quite worth it and we were very satisfied with the taste. Pork Belly, pork ribs, chicken wings, potato slices were all good. Added on the Foil-wrapped enoki ($6.90) and we loved the garlic topping.

KNIFE CUT NOODLES WITH BUTTERED CRAB my favorite dish of the burpple beyond set special ($98)❤️ rich in unami flavor from the generous amount of crab meat topped with ikura and seasoned with scallion oil 🤯🤩✨ i could have another portion.

Matcha Latte ($5.50) it's smallest cup for their size but then its looking cute and mini size tbh. its taste sweet, milky and not that "bitter" type one for matcha.

Cosy quaint + good coffee Stopover for coffee after lunch on a weekday - crowd came about 3pm for tea break. Cosy quaint cafe with minimalist tad industrial interior. Nice cold brew!

Strawberry Shortcake Interesting to know that they actually would change the menu. So now they have introduced a whole new range of drinks and waffles when I came back. The new waffles series now depict a ice cream stick alike. The Singapore’s first ice cream shaped honeycomb waffles that freshly made upon order. Coming with total of 5 flavours to choose from. Gotten Strawberry Shortcake which use Korean strawberries, together with fresh cream cheese and chocolate shavings biscuits. Go grab one stick and enjoy eating it like an ice cream (that won’t melt at all).

It's much more worth it to me Sourdough was avg, even tho I tot the bacon leek one.
