One of the best bowl of goodness and you wouldn't regret going there to try it! Lunch is the best timing to get this as the menu will be cheaper as compared to the dinner's menu. Accompanied with the set meal, comes with Salad, Miso Soup and Hot Green Tea! Bring all your kakis along and try out all of the different bowls of goodness. Mmmmdap! 🤤 (not to mention, their char siew is super good, it melts in your mouth!!!)
Located at Ang Mo Kio Ave 6, Block 727 (Coffeeshop beside courts) has one of the most worth it XXL platter that says to serve 6-8 pax at only $59.90!!!! But look at the amount of plates in this photo, 5 plates (apparently we managed to finish it all) and I guess it's one of the heartiest meal I've had in a long time!! And because of the Facebook rave recently, it is said that they would reopen their kitchen for the evening slot after 5:30pm, but fret not, you can probably start to standby your feet to queue as there will be no reservations at all since it is located at a coffee shop. (Warning: waited for 1.5 hrs for this) but no regrets!!!

Nothing should go wrong with chicken, in all ways possible. But my Favourite still BBQ GRILLED CHICKEN!!!!!!! Mmmdap. Easily spotted once you come up from the escalator of the Circle Line, at Nex. U see this shop which sells western food. Limited seats so you might have to wait for a while before you can get a seat. Cheesy fries was indeed cheesy enough. Sauce over rice and coleslaw which compliments the whole set. I'm sure it is not a bad idea!! #leggo don't say bojio!😆

One of the most delicious, fresh and hassle free because everytime comes from the farm and to your reach. A lot of variety to choose from, and who said eating healthy means salad all the time??? Grains won't go wrong!

As many reviewed about this place/ restaurant that served mostly Gyoza, finally decided to give it a try because what could go wrong under the gyoza skin? Definitely a must to try the Takoyaki as well as the Mentaiko Gyoza. However, if gyoza isn't your style, you can try their Jya Jya Men (Like korean's jjajameon) or their udon where it is served solely for one person. Absolute love the garlic fried rice because it was really flavourful and goes well with the udon soup. They also have an interesting way of eating the jyajyamen where instructions can be found on the table. Remember to request for a half boil egg and hot water from the waitress. Not a bad place to give it a try! Easily spotted at B1 of The Heeran (Robinsons), just opposite Marks & Spencer 👍🏻👍🏻 not crazy expensive either & also not a bad place to snack😌
Sweet or Savoury you choose. I decided for sweet. This deliciously crafted pancake batter that made the sides so crispy and soft on the inside. Served warm 😍 and topped with ice cream making the ice cream melt real fast but acts like a sauce at the ending, finishing the pancake pan clean. Forget about the pretty plates that were used to serve pancakes or waffles because they served their pancakes in the serving pan where it is being baked! Giving this place a 4.5/5 because the service was great too! The service crew lady saw that we were about to get our tea alacarte but came over and told us that there is a cheaper option by getting a set that comes with a drink, helping us save a few dollars. Friendly and cosy place to be at. Nice lighting for your Instagram post and brick wallpaper as well! Give this place a check! 😊
For all you burger lovers/ cafe hoppers out there! Please do not miss out the cafe at the National Museum!!! Easily spotted as it is the only cafe inside other than Flutes (Fine Dining).

Really yummy comfort food when you don't know what to eat for lunch. If you are working around the vicinity, do check this shop out! It is really yummy, pork katsu usually sold out by afternoon!! Fortune centre has a lot of food variety from Hongkong to vegetarian, Korean and Japanese!! And it is pocket friendly!! 😽
Aglio Olio portion just right with soup of the day/salad and drinks only at $19.90. Ambience is pretty vintage yet classy with the bikes in the middle of nowhere, hanging on the walls or on the table. A long meeting table for big companies of friends to meet and catch up. So Instagram worthy this place!
If you think you can only have this in Macau/ Hong Kong, you are wrong! Sunny side up, luncheon meat, cheese, bacon all in one. Personally prefer the polo buns (crispier, butter and sugar glazed on top) // Thick fries with cheese fries meal and drink if you're student for less than $10!! Worth the try:)
Came across this Hokkien Mee in Claypot on Instagram and decided to try this out. Featured on Food Republic's "What's Cookin'", this pot is such a surprise! Usual price at $5 but as there was a promotion going on, it's for $4.50 till 24 May only! Just look at the pork lard and the seafood on top, you can tell it is already good. This Hokkien Mee is different because it is slightly soupy. Slightly different taste as the normal Hokkien Mee you eat outside. It's a bit like Prawn Mee too! Give it a try:)
