Simple golden, fluffy pancakes but tasted heavenly. Not too dry, great texture. Paired with salted butter and maple syrup. However should be more generous on the butter even with additional pancake. Nevertheless delicious. 😊

First try on donuts as buns for burger. Beef bacon, 150g marinated and juicy Australian beef patty, sunny side up, cheese and special sauce between donuts. Delicious, sweet and savory altogether. Comes with a bowl of side salad. Recommended 😋
