pretty good! $10.90 (add on $2 for the #guacomole) for this #burrito bowl. Last minute decision to come out and brave the rain just to have lunch with ex colleagues. And it was crowded everywhere in Tanjong Pagar so decided to eat here as the queue moves pretty quickly. #fastandeasy

Read about this on some food blogs and decided to 敢敢 bring my Malaysian friends (where they have awesome wok hei zichar stuff in their land up North) here to try and gladly, it didn’t disappoint. .
We all love the red groupa in collagen broth ($38), pork trotter terrine ($8). The romaine lettuce with minced pork sauce ($10) was pretty good as well as the lala Noodles ($14) but we’re divided about the lamb shank ($22). .
If you’re highly highly “allergic” to lamb then you should skip. Else I think it was pretty ok though I think I liked the sauce more than the shank. Coz I’ve eaten shank else where, where the meat really falls off the bone and almost kinda melt in your mouth; this one maybe needs to stew abit longer (???) but the sauce would go very very well with white rice. .

Likewise, as mentioned, the lala noodle was pretty ok (not the best I’ve had, but won’t mind having it again).

Hope to be back soon and bring my Singaporean friends. And no corkage fee here! Even though they sell their own wines, you can still bring your own at no extra charge! Now that’s a big selling point for #winelover already right? 😬✌️

Have heard of this place from an ex colleague and decided to come down today, quite last minute though, to try it especially after seeing post from @kimgeck.
Arrived at 5.30pm (although I also made a phone reservation as I was #kiasu) and place was empty - guess it’s a weekday so not as packed as it’d be over weekends. The broth was indeed very umami but wished we had added more beehoon as there wasn’t enough to go around... so we added white rice to “lam zap” 😬✌️ They even have a QR code you can use to pre order your meal for dine in, takeout or delivery. Nice to see these older F&B try out new tech.

Food is good and won’t mind coming back again to try more dishes as well as some of the eateries beside this...
