The plump juicy clams are REALLY garlicky and the additional kick from the red chili padi 🌢πŸ”₯perfectly complements the dish! Definitely a must try dish for seafood lovers πŸ’•

Except for the additional layer of sweet powder on top of the buns, I don't see anything special that is worth the hype. πŸ˜…
Featuring BreakTalk's version of "dirty" buns - Ultimate Chocolate and Lemon White Chocolate ($4.50 for 2). Taste wise, the Ultimate Chocolate with chocolate cream fillings tastes much better than the Lemon White Chocolate with lemon custard, which is too sweet for my liking. #dirtybun #θ„θ„εŒ…

($13.90) - Just found this new salmon dish addition to their menu. The healthy salmon fillet is served together with baked potatoes, chillies, peppers, mushrooms, broccolini and topped with poached eggs. Unlike our favourite salmon dish at @refuelcafesg which is served with tomyam cream sauce, this seems to be a healthier choice and it tastes not bad at all! If only it's slightly less oily, I would love to eat this everyday πŸ˜‹πŸ™„

San Lou Meehoon ($7/$11/$14)
The famous dish from the Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, JB Ah Meng. The bee hoon is fried with shrimps, squid, egg and vegetables. You can easily find this dish on almost every table in this popular restaurant. The bee hoon is moist, super flavourful and comes with a smoky aroma. You have to try this if you haven't already!

The dark char siew has a delicious black skin with black sauce but without the sinful fattiness, and it is thinly sliced just like the typical char siew that you will find in Singapore. While we would probably prefer the full-on Malaysian-style char siew, we must say that the char siew at Kay Lee Roast Meat is head and shoulders above the char siew at any normal roast meat stall that you will find in Singapore. πŸ“60 Paya Lebar Road #B1-10, Singapore 409051

It tastes like Thai Milk Tea but the taste doesn't really justify the long queues. Still prefer the Chendol Sundae Cone though πŸ˜„
