This was a bit of a disappointment as the beef tongue was dry and tough. The beansprouts was nice though as it had a slightly charred taste to it. The beansprouts eaten together with the beef tongue did help with the dryness of the beef. If you really want to try gyu tan, I recommend the skewer instead.

For the price, I would recommend to skip. It came with 4 pieces of cod fish which was overly seasoned and nothing special about it. I’ll not recommend this unless you’ve the spare money and don’t mind the measly portion.

This was very well done. I’ve been to several places which serves unagi don but none could come close to it. The unagi portion was alright but the winner is truly the rice. The rice was very flavourful, soft and fluffy. It wasn’t like any other plain rice. Each grain went so well with the unagi, seaweed and pickles. I would definitely come back for this.

Chicken ball which was tender and juicy. I did find this a little too well seasoned which was slightly too salty to my liking. However the egg really balances the saltiness out.

Thigh was juicy and tender. It was well seasoned and the skin was seared to perfection with it being crispy. Crispy skin, juicy and meaty thigh, amazing.

Salmon belly was nicely charred and juicy. It wasn’t too fatty as the ponzu sauce balanced it really well. UOB cardholders get to enjoy 1 of this for free!

Well seasoned and grilled skewer which made the gizzard retained its texture and taste. Bacon enoki wasn’t too dry and had a nice crunch to it.

Minced pork, truffle steamed egg. Truffle was aroma when served and minced pork was very well seasoned. Very unique chawanmushi as most of the places serves it with crab meat, chicken, ginkgo nut and fish cake.

Kirsch-soaked Morello Cherries and Chantilly Cream with Greek Yoghurt Sponge and Valrhona 70% Dark Chocolate Mousse. One of the best cake I’ve tasted. A must try!

Pink peppercorn glaze, sriracha slaw with 4 ribs. This was definitely on the pricier side and the ribs were not meaty enough but the meat was tender and fell off the bone easily. Would skip this and get something more worth the buck.

They came up with new seafood goodness, the Saffron Seafood Risotto which includes juicy prawns, tender squid, tangy sundried tomatoes, and saffron.
Risotto was alright but not much saffron taste to it. I would recommend to skip and try their pasta instead.

Garlic parsley chimchurri, capsicum, tomato pesto. Very flavourful and full of garlic taste which was what we were expecting. Pizza was thin and crispy. Extremely good pizza!
