Juicy plump Cockles preboiled in a broth of Galangal, Ginger and Lemongrass to rid it of its fishy smell. Served steaming hot with Thai Chili Sauce. The sauce wasn't what I was accustomed to so I asked them for Soy Sauce Blended with Birdseye Chili and that was just the icing on the cake for this dish. Delish, simple, cheap good food just across the border.

Huge Lamb Shank spiced with Masala Spices. Served with Pilaf Rice, Cucumber Raita and Pappadoms. The meat just falls off the bone. Too deliciously awesome.
