Crab Pomodoro ($25++,) Really worth it when using Burpple beyond deals. The pasta was not too spicy. There was also a lot of crab meat. Some are quite big pieces so you can chew and taste the crab. Pasta are always great here, no complains.

Truffle mac and cheese One of the sweeter and better mac and cheese! Also ordered the truffle fries and passion oolong hot tea that were both great too! Overall a good experience at Crossings cafe w friendly service by the staff!

Rainy Morning Brekkie Steak was sous vide before being seared. Almost melts in the mouth. A little more charring will be nice. Lovely steak. Pickled red onions adds an interesting taste to the steak. Pretty filling.

Blackmores’ Cube Roll 🍴DINE OUT🍴 📍Burnt Ends, Dempsey📍 ... Can't believe almost a month has past since we dined at Burnt Ends... 😐 It was tough getting a reservation towards the end of last year, but we were lucky to have scored one! We had an absolutely amazing dining experience. From small plates, main courses, to dessert🍬, the food was exquisitely presented and we loved the combination of flavours. Do try their Blackmores' cube roll🥩...it's THAT good! 😌

Cosy, Quiet Basement Bar Mains were okay and affordable with Burpple Beyond. They had interesting cocktails, and Honey Badger cocktail was good although it was on the pricier end ($22). Overall, a cosy small basement bar for a quiet evening.

One juicy steak I savoured every bite of this steak, still juicy and paired very well with the melted butter (although its slightly more than medium rare). It also comes with a generous portion of truffle fries, which scent is on the lighter side. The steak is memorable, though i would also wish for its fats to be more melt-in-your-mouth kind of tender. Most of the menu is western/indian/middle eastern fusion. ($28) came here on labour's day eve, hence didnt get to enjoy the 1-for-1. Nevertheless, we left with happy bellies!

Retro speakeasy bar By a twist of fate, we found ourselves here at this posh bar that feels intimate and spacious at the same time. We got our own booth and got some G&T to start the night (with a conclusion that maybe G&T is not for me). Vibes of this place makes for a chill night out. Grilled salmon So sad that they didn’t have blue cod or Atlantic cod so we settled for the salmon which can be found anywhere. Because the black cod and the lingcod are high in mercury. So are the other fishes like monkfish that they recommended. They forgot to serve us our bread basket and we had to ask for it, though the bread was delicious. And when I asked what is crumbed cooking style like the waiter replied me in one word - breadcrumbs. Friendly and informative.

Whole Monkfish (Grilled) The meat of the monkfish was as tender as butter. It literally melts in your mouth. Definitely the best dish we had at Greenwood!

Belgium Dark Choco PudDrink Sweet and intense dark chocolate soy milk just the way i love it as a drink! The pudding at the bottom gives the drink another dimension of texture when drink it together!

@xiaobansg Signature Soy Beancurd🥛It's funny how we bought it on that day when the news about the family dispute between Lao Ban and Xiao Ban surface 😅 Nevertheless, I hope blood is thicker than beancurd or soya milk. Anyway I really don't taste any difference between this and Lao Ban. Both are my favourite kind of beancurd (kinda prefer this kind over the traditional kind oops). Xiao Ban Soya Gelato Xiao Ban Cafe is a cafe-concept brand extension to our very popular local brand “Lao Ban Soya Beancurd”. Apart from offering their famous soy pudding, they also introduced other innovative soya bean related products such as this. As expected, it tasted exactly like the Lao Ban Soya Beancurd 😂. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chirashi Don The don was really not bad with the sides as buffet. The whole set at $17.90 nett. The sashimi in Don was pretty fresh and the variety was 👍🏻 However the cleanliness of the cafe was mehhh, with obvious stains on the tablecloth. Bara chirashi w Snow Crab Superb amount of fresh sashimi with free flow of sides & drinks.

Bara Chirashi Don $17.60 Hanare is teppei's sister chain, so the chirashi don is good as always, but I just didn't understand why they used hot rice in the bara chirashi bowl. I was a bit disappointed by that, but overall the sashimi pieces were still well marinated and the side dishes provided were decent.

Good vibes & good food (~$40/pax) The burgers here are great! Very juicy beef patties and soft buttery brioche buns. Good cocktails, and fries were flavourful and yummy. I think we really enjoyed the portobello, which is roasted mushrooms on toast (pictured in the middle)! ✨ratings: 8/10✨

Truffle Mac And Cheese I had the most hope for this one since I heard lots of people racing about it. However, the cheese was a little too hard and the macaroni did not go as well with the truffle oil and cheese. The saving grace was the thinly sliced mushrooms.

Pulled Pork Carbonara This dish gave me a rather pleasant surprise as it wasn't as thick as I thought it would be. I don't usually go for cream based pasta but this one was so well cooked that I forgot there was even cream in it. The cherry tomatoes add a twist to the other creamy pasta and needless to say the pulled pork was very soft and well marinated.

Mash And Bangers The mash and bangers taste rather different this time when I ordered it, the sausages are less juicy and the mash potato was a little too dry.
