Very fresh Norwegian smoked salmon, avocado, asparagus & egg on whole wheat brioche with hollandaise sauce which is sour.. Love the combination of it.. If u are not a big eater.. Maybe u can share it with another friend..

It has fish maw mushroom dried oyster sea cucumber & some others veg topped with Lion Head (meatball)... As this dish is make up of so many good ingredients so you might find the sauce a bit sweet but it actually blend well when u have it with plain rice..
The cod fish is fresh n sweet...

I have to mash the herbs rice ball & eat together with the cucumber n cod fish..

They use yellow n red watermelon... Basically I don't like watermelon but this watermelon salad taste great... I guess is because of the freshness n sweetness... I finish up everything...

I always love pork belly so I've order their Kong Bak Pau... The meat n fat basically melts in my mouth n the sauce is good... They even have quails egg... So if you are pork belly lover.. This is a must to have..

They sever me with a cold n hot appetizer...
The cold appetizer is make of beetroot & the hot appetizer is pumpkin..
After i was sever with Chawamushi that have king crab fish cake n namafu..
Than I was sever with a dish with charcoal bread on top.. Below is salmon n roe n barley.. At 1st I thought was risotto.. I kind of like the combination..
The main was actually the lamb.. They have 2 different taste.. Bitter orange & their own Lewin spice.. I'm not a lamb lover cause I'm scare with the lamb smell but I actually loves it n I finish it up... The lamb is cooked perfectly with the smell n lamb taste..
Lastly is dessert n coffee... The eclair is made of Rose Raspberries Lychee n Lemon.. You can smell n taste of the rose.. Not very sweet so even if you're not a sweet tooth person... You will like it...
The environment is great... I love the simply deco... It's kinda of romantic... The staff were really good... They explain every dish clearly & they are very friendly...
I'll definitely go back again...
