I’ve never see any review of this dish before so thought to give some of my comment. This portion cost $18 which is the same as their Truffle Fries (the more pops one). My honest review:
Crust of the mushroom is still crispy when served 👍🏼
However, there’s nothing really special about this dish though and because it is fried, the mushroom still pretty oily. Can be quite jelak after eating a few pieces. So probably I will stick to the truffle fries instead of this.

Very satisfying dinner with Teppei. The seafood and fish dishes were all very fresh and gives natural sweetness to the palate. Every serving of the course was prepared just right and thus at the end of the meal, it felt just right. Above picture: Uni Fried Rice. Uni was so fresh!
