Thanks @chef_pang for serving this abacus seeds. I love the slightly chewy kuehs which have some crusty bits to it. Made my way to @clancafe because much has been said about the otah toast. Had that and this lovely kakiage with an earthy and mushroomy genmaicha broth. I loved the crunch of the kale tempura and pops of sourness from the kimchi! At least this is a grain bowl that stands out from the rest.
