Salted Egg Prawn Risotto ($22 NETT)!!! With the salted egg yolk items being on a rampage nowadays, anything can be infused with it! The taste of salted egg yolk could be made more prominent to give it a bit more punch but since it's still under R&D for his - might be new menu, we can definitely look forward to something exciting in the near future 😉
The juicy meaty juice wrapped with a thin layer of skin. However most places just can't hit the mark. Until I saw a @burpple review, regarding this place.
Chives dumpling ($5)
The stall was managed by a group of northern Chinese workers. They brought over their hometown delicacy. Like a factory layover, they were spilt into groups - knot, roll, fold the dumpling and another mixing the filling. I was surprised by the mountains of chives they had were chopped up. This also proved how good was their business. With the right ratio of chives and minced pork, they created this heavenly dumpling. Try to have it in one bite as its juice will burst out.
Minced pork sauce with Raman ($4)
At first, I thought that this bowl of Raman will be under-seasoned as it was covered with sliced cucumber. But after I had my first bite, I was so wrong. The sauce was so savory that you must mixed in the Raman and cucumber to balance the taste. If you don't mind the heat, please add more of their special dried chilli.
For less than $10, I found such long lost comfort. Will be back again to try out their other noodles.
