All Star Combo Set A homey little Japanese restaurant located within Sunshine Plaza. We went with their all star combo set that comes with a choice of two meats, salad and sauce. The ingredients used were fresh. Food combinations were great, well presented, generally good and tasty. The deep-fried katsu was well deep-fried, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The portion of food was also good enough to fill the hungry bellies 》$28 / Set Set 1 - Chicken katsu and unagi Set 2 - Tonkatsu and Milano-style grilled chicken

1for1 Japanese Fusion Cuisine Burpple set combo C Steak is good. The sauce that comes with it is nice. Added on green tea, they use matcha powder. Also tried the pork loin cutlet curry rice, taste good but a little jelat. Food tastes nice but a little pricey. For 2 sets of 1 for 1 (4 dishes) and a curry and drinks we paid around $125.

I didn't never tried yakult based drink tbh for hollin. The taste for yakult is not that strong that I expected that but I rarely taste pink guava except rock sugar pearl was slightly strong savoury taste.

Basil Chicken Rice (Krapow) $13.8. Got this as they were having a 1 for 1 deal. This place is tucked at level 8 of Orchard Central. Food was good, but a little pricey if not for the deal haha. Interesting fusion stuff on the menu though, may come back to try it :-)

Thai Style Grilled Squid with Mentaiko ($18.80) Oops we took a piece or two before I took this photo hence the empty space in the middle. Chewy grilled squid but the mentaiko sauce didn’t taste like the mentaiko sauce I was expecting... tasted more like mayo instead. :( Underwhelming and pricey dish which I will not order again. This dish cannot be redeemed using BB as it is a seafood dish under Mains.

Thai Laksa with Chicken ($15.80) Tucked away in a corner of OC level 8, there were not many customers on a Thursday evening. Good place to eat and talk (they didn’t ask us to go even after we finished our meal). Non-spicy sweet Thai laksa broth with flat boat noodles and a chicken thigh and some veggies (long beans, carrots). It’s decent but not wow or anything. P/S: Restaurant doesn’t serve / has water. P/P/S: Only Mains (those without seafood in it), Noodles/Pasta (excluding Tom Yum Soup Pasta Kang) and Rice sections are available for BB.

Scallop and Prawn Pasta This dish is filled with fresh seafood goodness and seems like a crowd favourite among the reviews posted online. This dish is a little salty for me but nevertheless it is still a great plate of Al Dente pasta. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Standard Drop Tried Marmalade Pantry’s sticky date pudding after 2 years and standard has dropped. It’s still decent but could be better. A shame.

Iced Rooibos Latte $6.60 | Requested for no sugar added in at all and it was delightful! The tea that they used was really fragrant and it was SO smooth. Will definitely be back for more!

Cafe Latte Beyond 1-1 deals are on standard drinks only. Somehow I really love their coffee, their beans taste robust, nutty and deep. (Unlike what I get from SB, CBTL and even those cafe) Downside is that I’ll buy and go as it’s located in Maybank. Staff isn’t very friendly either but it’s fine. #justsaying

Iced mocha $7 Pricy on its own but totally worth it after Burpple Beyond offer I got 1 mocha and 1 latte. The coffee here is strong and good quantity. Staff could be friendlier. 4 on 5

Top Fried Rice My family loved the fried rice here. Every grain well tossed with flavour and wok hey. Could tell it wasnt the lumpy rice used. Staff also gave us longevity buns when they realised we were celebrating a birthday.

XO Seafood Fried Rice Food was decent, definitely worthwhile to visit with the burpple deal.

Delicious Chinese Cuisine Pictured: roast meat platter, we got the mix of roasted duck and pork belly. We also had the stir fried long beans and ee fu noodles. Overall, the food was pretty tasty with good flavours and portions. However, I found them to be quite oily 😰 attentive and friendly service staff, nice atmosphere. 4/5 ⭐️

Dry Charsiew Udon Today, the dish that I ordered contains 4 pieces of charsiew with corn, onsen egg and 2 okra sticks. It also comes with a plate of tofu in peanut sauce and a cup of ice lemon tea. When I mixed the udon with the black sauce at the bottom of the bowl, it made the udon more appetising. In addition, the meat is very tender and I like the fact that the egg yolk is runny when I cut the egg in half. However, the price is a bit high at $15.90++. Overall, the dish tastes delicious even without soup and is worth trying if you can afford it.

1 for 1 deal at Keisendon Woodsquare Food was ok. Not the best sushi bowl we had for the price. Decent portion with free flow tea and salad.
