And it's my first time grating a wasabi myself. Definitely taste better compared to any other place. And do order their 'Hitsumabushi'. You can eat it in three different ways! Split into four portions, eat one by itself, one by mixing half of the condiments into another bowl, the other one by mixing with the broth and the remaining condiments, and the last in whichever way you like!
