Burpple voucher is only for 1 item If you’re planning to use Burpple, take note that it is only for 1 applicable item. Prior to ordering, I had informed the staff that we were using it and they did not mention this. Upon checking the receipt and clarifying, they said that it was clearly stated in the T&C and only 1 voucher could be used for every 2 pax. I tried searching for this but no where was it stated. After looking at recent reviews from other outlets, it is clear that this wasn’t just due to my lack of conscientiousness. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this place mainly due to such practices. Food (coffee and brunch) and services were average at best. Burgers were almost bland and at this price point, I would say that there are a lot of better options out there. Won’t bother going back.

Perennial Favourite 🌟 Our party of 3 ordered the cheeseburger, which was good, because the patty was moist and juicy. The truffle mushroom pizza was great too, not too overpowering in terms of the truffle taste, yet sufficient to complement and bring out the flavours of the mushroom. The fish tacos is always my favourite to order because of how delightful the fruits and the fish prove to be refreshing. Ideal for sharing.

Ice Cream Ordered hokkaido strawberry 👍, balrhona chocolate. Earl Grey (taste abit light) and pistachio (quite fragrant) . Quite a good deal!

Chicken Bulgogi Carbonara The sauce was creamy but the overall taste was just average. More mushroom than chicken in the pasta.

Truffle Mushroom Pasta ($15) For $15, the pasta came with a side and drink. Though there was an aroma of truffle that wifted through the air while mixing the pasta, the truffle taste was rather elusive. Overall it felt more like a regular mushroom cream pasta dish that was dry and rather jelak.

ethereal looking, but it’s too sweet 🥴 A surprisingly mountainous portion of 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐗 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭 - 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 ($𝟓.𝟒𝟎) was packed into a tiny regular cup, its pretty swirls topped with 3 marshmallows skewered by a chocolate pocky! At first bite, the sea salt flavour was a delightful mix of the creamy, milky base with a tinge of saltiness. But as we continued with a few more spoons, the cloying dessert left a sickly-sweet feeling in our throats. The melon flavour was interesting, but again backed with a sharp and artificial tasting sweetness. When eaten together, the artificial flavour was muted slightly, but didn’t do much to help the jelak-ness. On a positive note, they really nailed the velvety soft serve texture, it was delightfully soft and creamy! Additionally, the portion size is pretty dang huge 😳, we should’ve just shared, or taken the $3.80 tubs they were offering that were on a 1-for-1 promo! IG: @eggeatsbread

Mini Ice cream tubs Finally got to try Aqua S after the cb! they are having 1 for 1 currently for the mini tubs. The mini tubs are Just nice for one pax, Ordered the Milo and Honey Milk flavours. I preferred the soft serve one tho!!

Bubblegum X sea salt regular ($5.40) 🍦 This dreamy ice cream parlour is originally from Australia and inspired by the seaside town of Okinawa in Japan. The result is pastel-themed soft serve concoctions where sea salt is their only constant flavour, and has more than 100 rotating flavours that you can blend with your sea salt ice cream. The ice cream here is very milky and tastes almost... Fresh. The salty taste of the blue sea salt flavour was apparent enough to taste overwhelming on its own, but also mild enough to blend with the another ice cream flavour. Regrettably, I feel that the bubblegum flavour did not really go well with the sea salt, but it was a fun experience at this colourful little booth with one table. ®️: 6/10

Signature Mochi Donut with Cookie Butter Softserve ($15) Yum! Mochi donut was served hot and was very pleasantly chewy, it’s not sweet on its own so it complements the other components. The cookie biscuit that was the base of the softserve was good too, crunchy and sweet/buttery. Softserve was p smooth and creamy, cookie butter flavour was distinct and honestly much less sweet than typical speculoos-flavoured desserts. It’s served with some granola (that had freeze dried raspberry bits) and salted caramel sauce! Overall a p solid dessert, each component was good and came together nicely, not too sweet as a whole. The mochi donut is v filling so thankfully we shared this between 3! The only thing is that it would have been better if served on a plate - having it in the bowl meant that the donut was soaked in the softserve ‘soup’ when it melted.

Mochi Donut Icecream Brotherbird is very well known for their pastries especially their croissants! To my delight, their cafe’s desserts are beyond imagination. This bowl of goodness is put together using bisoff soft serve, Mochi donut, dried strawberries and wafer. The texture was so balanced with soft and crisp, hot and cold. Goes really well with coffee and tea. Expected Damage: $15

Finally tried this on a lazy Friday afternoon. This mentaiko prawn double baked croissant feels well tailored to the singapore tastebud, with hints of sambal and lotssss of prawns. For $6.50, it's a unique dish that deserves a try. Plus it's quiet in the afternoon for some readings too. Only wished it could be served hotter and more crisp.

This store is side by side with Konditori, the famous bakery shop. Lickety opened till late 11pm (Fri & Sat). For those who wants to close their meal on a sweet note, this place is a perfect choice. First time, tried their ice cream egglet waffle 🧇 with 1 flavour ice cream + 1 topping at $8.90 which is good enough for me & my husband to share. Best is to have mix a mix waffle (buttermilk & red velvet), so you have the best world. My hubby likes dark angel - choco ice cream. Although it’s not cheap, but worth the money. Leave Kampong Glam with a smile in your tummy.

Lavender Ice Cream Got hooked on Lavender Ice cream since visiting @bridestoweestate in @tasmania 🍦🟣 Located in the heart of Kampong Glam, @licketysg was one of the first places to offer Lavender Ice Cream in Singapore and I use to really like it. But 2 yrs apart, I find that the flavour is weak and you can get a richer lavender flavoured ice cream at other places. Nonetheless, their ice cream is creamy and the biscuit cone is buttery crisp and super shiok. Total cost: $6

Double scoop, 2 toppings, with red velvet egg waffle ($11.90) Came to the shop thinking that it was going to be another gimmicky dessert place, but was pleasantly surprised! The red velvet waffle was freshly made, toasty, and had a nice buttermilk taste to it. Though the waffle was piping hot, it didn’t melt the ice cream too much. We ordered the earl grey lavender and sea salt caramel flavours, both of which were delicious.

Peach yoghurt cheesecake S$ 9 Very refreshing peach flavor topped with popping boba and few slices of peach. Love the peach smell.

Turkish Delight S$ 9 Super chocolatey soft serve, pistachio custard give nutty flavor. The Turkish delight is a bit too hard.

Lickers🍦 Went to Lickers 2 weeks ago and ordered their Waffle with Speculoos and Honeycomb Ice Cream ($11), and Truffle Fries ($10.90)😇 Overall ratings 9/10! No wonder its so hyped up HAHA thoroughly enjoyed the icecream and the truffle fries😋 Waffle was okay but wish it was more crispy😅 Would head back again!

Maybe stick with the waffles instead Buzzing, lively dessert cafe on a Saturday night. Had the chocolate lava cake with a scoop of ice cream ($8.60). Sorely disappointed by the lava cake which was warm at best and still cold in some areas. Chocolate also tasted artificial. The lychee oolong ice cream fared better, and we liked that it was light and not too sweet. Doesn't go well with chocolate though.

Churros Waffles with Gelato(2XPremium Flavours) @ $18.60 The Churros Waffles here are highly recommended, it was crispy and have a distinct Sweet Cinammon taste. Comes with 4 melted Marshmallows. Roasted Pistachio - the best Pistachio Gelato u had for quite some time. Strong flavours, almost like I scoop this gelato out of a pistachio Nutella bottle. It was creamy as hell. Absolutely loved it Butterscotch- it was good, but was totally overpowered by the roasted pistachio. Milky, buttery and not as sweet as the roasted Pistachio Would like to add that their gelatos scoops are bigger than some of the other gelato shops I have been too.

Shiok maki 😍 Finally had my craving satisfied!! Went on a Friday night and the queue was so long that we decided to queue for sushiro but ended up waiting almost an hour which was even longer :-( decided to go for late lunch on Sat and waited for about 15 mins. Loooove the shiok maki $18.80+ for the eel one. It’s sinful but really so so good. Decided to be adventurous and try the pidan maki $16.80+ but didn’t really like it. Another must order which I forgot to take pic is the salmon fish head soup (sake atama soup $10+). The portion is so big and the warm soup just makes the meal more hearty. Spent about $27 per pax as we ordered agedashi tofu $5+ as well which could have been skipped given that there was tofu and vege in the soup. A must visit, no service charge!

Sukiyaki Pretty decent. The soup is not too salty.

Yaki udon Smoky and smooth fried udon with the vegetables providing that bite!
