The egg theme cafe has a wide variety of items in their menu that creativity used eggs to churn out yummy dishes - because these items are also sold at cafe price (And we are not sponsored), so we just ordered some simple stuff that will fill our tummies and make Mr Bloopie a happy boy!
1. Pancake Party (Fluffy & puffy pancakes with grilled bananas... 👍)
2. Burly Benedict (Minced beef with tomato pasta sauce, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on an English muffin - LUV IT😊)
3. Caesar run (Salad for me, cos I need to cut after my XWB trip)
These food are so nice, and I am like really savouring them and asking the owners about the content of the dishes - and hopefully to mimic the taste and create these dishes at home. .

The taste is so yummy esp with toppings including boiled yam, yam dough, sweet potato dough, black pearls and red bean. It's also drizzled with fresh full cream milk. It's really refreshing and yummy. I can't wait to get them from the nearest blackball outlet near my home! .

For those who dunno, it's basically a pancake in a fish shaped stuffed with fillings. The most common one is red bean, which is my favourite. 😋
I particularly like the one located at the basement of Takashimaya... Prolly because of the well control heat of the Taiyaki maker, the exterior of the cake is crispy while the inner is fluffy. Furthermore the azzuki red bean paste is not so sweet, which really make their Taiyaki a lovely snack over the weekend or before dinner! Can't wait to be back +65 !!! .

The onion and egg masala thosai. I hardly eat Indian food, cos the usual ones are roti prata, mutarbark and Indian rojak. This thosai is so delicious, crispy on the outside with onions and soft yummy curry potatoes. The sauces for the thosai are awesome too. This item usually cost $3 but adding of extra ingredients will be 50 cents each! Thank God that the quay wasn't that long this morning! :D

The thick crab broth with soft chewy bee hoon. The seafood like fish and prawns really retain the traditional way of cooking - with simple ingredients so that the natural flavour from the seafood could be expressed nicely in the dish. Ups lah!
