The fish is very fresh, no fishy smell at all. The flesh is firm which I prefer. But beware that there’s a lot of bone.
Added frozen tofu, lotus root, potato slices, sweet potato noodles and cheese tofu.

Delicious!

Cheap bao, decent quality
The fried yam cake is quite good. There’s actually small chucks of yam. Still crispy despite it being placed in the open

It’s like mango sticky rice, but replace mango with fried banana, glutinous rice that is less sticky + vanilla ice cream

Ga Nuong (i think)
Smells abit like chinese sausages. Chick flesh is dry. Salad is mehh.

Mien Cua
Loved the pairing of the savory glass noodles and the sweet of the mudcrab flesh. My favorite dish so far.
Although the fried mudcrab is too oily imo.

Still worth a try!

Goi Cuon
Good for appetizers. Chewy and crunchy.
Nothing special. Can get this quality from any decent Vietnamese place.

Satisfying bagel. Fresh and crispy lettuce and tomatoes. Unagi with herb mayo… pretty unique flavor combo. The char from the unagi and tang from the sauce.
Due to the eggs sliding around, the bagel fell apart quickly.

Nevertheless, it’s worth trying out. I might come back to try the wagyu one

Nice and refreshing ice cream. Very unique taste similar to mint with little bites of jelly. Recommend pairing with the lavender cone.

Can’t find what’s the actual name, but its a ricecake with some bean filling. Texture: more tough and chewy as compared to mochi (cuz its ricecake). Very faint taste of the bean filling as compared to angku kueh.
Would have preferred if the ricecake is a little thinner and more filling :)

Interesting nonetheless… would come and try the other types of ricecake in the future.

Sourdough bun, sweet potato fries, Still lemonade Basil-cucumber,Chamomile tea

The burger was well constructed, although the black pepper crust is too overpowering for me and the beef patty is abit too chewy. Decent sweet potato fries.

Fairly reasonable for this price + views of sentosa
Place is pretty empty when I came on a weekday.

Can come and try the other burgers and other combinations

Nice hint of garlic paired with some creamy sauce. Chicken was fried well, juicy and tender with a little crunch. Not too bad, nothing to rave about either
