Have tried few other places for salted egg crab, this TOPS the rest hands-down! The salty flavour comes also with certain sweetness, delicious! PS. Forgot to photo the Claypot Crab rice noodles dish, that was also outstanding, a signature with reason! Overall very good meal experience, the staff was very attentative too.
A very tasty dish, a nice surprise among the usually "same-taste" vegetable dishes. Must try at Mellben!
