DYING to try this one day! This is the best dessert I've ever had. Peter Gilmore's snow egg is Genius! Lifted the description below cause I couldn't have described it better. "...the Snow Egg is a poached meringue egg, with a “yolk” of custard apple ice-cream, coated in a crunchy golden praline maltose shell, sitting on a bed of guava granita and a slick of guava fool."

Juicy fresh prawns and salmon tossed with oil and lemon dressing. Slight chili spice gave it kick. Nice meal to conclude our Victorian road trip

Had to try the signature afternoon tea at the stunning lavender garden in Mornington peninsula, Victoria. Hadn't tried any lavender flavored food before and it had a slight tang, perfect complement to the scone. Nice big size and fluffy.

Quickly becoming a Sydney institution, Chiswick always delivers. Ice cream coated in meringue with blueberries and blackberry sauce. Very yum.

Baked these Easter treats for friends for afternoon tea. So sweet! Just a regular fudge brownie recipe with halved eggs places on top about 10 mins into baking.
