Yes Sir! Don from @omoomofc was made out of my favorite ingredients: Sirloin Steak, Kimchi Omelette and Multi-grain rice. The only issue I had was that when I ordered “medium-rare”, what I got was more “medium-well”. I would also prefer if they added slightly more teriyaki sauce to make the dish a little sweeter. The Croquette was crisp outside and fluffy on the inside. The meal was very affordable and is halal!

The pan-seared Tasmanian sea trout’s flesh flakes off easily and the skin is crispy, served on top a dome of organic ruby rice. And I love the Matcha infused French oyster beurre blanc sauce 💕 It brings the entire dish together and I made sure to finish every drop. Not to mention that it’s healthy 🤤

I was presented with huge 300g Nagano pork tomahawk, which was covered with black and golden truffle sauce. The sweet sauce paired really well with the meat, and I always love their signature mixed rice that’s in all their dons. I want to head back down to try their “Black Gold Double Prosperity Don” before I go back to Australia. It has both prime short rib and Nagano pork belly! 🤤
