Bone of lamb with coconut milkπ
A killer combo of charcoal-grilled juicy pork belly and "yuzu kosho". The latter is made from the peel of the "yuzu" citrus fruit and chilli peppers, creating a zesty, very spicy and salty paste. I find it tastes exceptionally delicious with meat.
