It’s my idk what time coming here and again I was blown away by the matcha, and omg first time trying the mochi and the warabi!! The warabi is jelly like and peanut coated, so chewy!! Not the usual melt in your mouth but it went so well with the peanut powder!!
My favourite part was the rice puffs,they paired the Azuki beans and matcha so well omg I need more 1-1 on burpple😭😭

The cold udon was so chewy and the tempura was freshly fried upon request, very good experience!!
Pleasantly surprised to find that the udon was hand rolled out on site, no wonder the texture is so good😱😱😍😍

The plain waffles($5) are actually really aromatic, and I feel that it’s one of the fluffiest waffles I’ve ever tasted!!! There’s a perfect balance of dense-ness and airi-ness(you get what I mean😂😂) that really complimented the crispy edges. Drizzle it with sticky-sweet syrup and powdered sugar... Sighzz it’s gonna be a craving now not gonna lie oh nos... anyways the ice cream(+$3) was abit too sweet for me even though it’s mint choc chip but the portion was quite generous although the cup it came in looked abit small. It was the one thing we didn’t finish off the plate but otherwise it was a really good midday treat!! Also it has the braised taste, but less salty compared to those cooked with braised meat. I think there was also a hint of teriyaki??but I can’t really tell because of the mentaiko, omg can I just say I love mentaiko sauce and it’s something about it being torched in front of your eyes that makes u salivateXD there’s also an option for rice or soba but I went with rice cuz well why not ahahah and imo mentaiko tastes better with it. And wow I was majorly blown away... Sometimes u hear reviews of others saying this is so good, this is the best matcha in SG, nothing can beat this blah blah and you kinda feel that it’s questionable? Ok well I shall not question this because omg this matcha is intense like honestly, if you are ok with matcha but not a hardcore fan,I suggest u share,get hojicha flavour,or just think hard about this. Even I who thinks matchaya is abit mild was drinking water to clear my palate between mouthfuls. The whole parfait($16) was filled with so many toppings tho(for those who think it’s abit pricey) 😍😍 I shall do a mental count here:
1.Matcha Choco crunch and crunch bits(this was honestly a fav and gave a nice sweetness to the BITTERsweet match)
2. A scoop of sweet potato paste/purée (a good break from the intensity of the matcha)
3. Matcha cheesecake slice( wow I would honestly get this alone and the slice is Soo big😍😍)
4. Warabi Jelly(I really like this,it’s so wobbly I just can’t help jiggling it😂😂)
5. Matcha Sponge cake(don’t eat until the softserve melts abit and the cake absorbs it,that’s the perfect match)
6. Matcha sauce(taking intense to INTENSE)
I must say it’s quite worth it as they were really generous with both the softserve and the toppings. Pity they have to go tho, will be looking forward to their return the try the roll cake!!🍃🍃

This one was stuffed with cucumbers beansprouts and cilantro and something else that tasted abit like radish?? Before it’s added to the traditional rojak ingredients, it’s first fried to a crispy golden brown along with the you tiao(dough fritters). Then everything is cut up and mixed in the sauce, topped with peanut powder nom into my stomach😂😂 we were honestly all fighting for the you tiao and the tow jar ooo not gonna lie, but the sauce was so good😍😍it’s not too sweet like other stalls and it complemented the stuff well especially with the apple and peanut powder... omg the peanut powder is bombz💥💥 I was literally scooping up chunks of it mixed with sauce when all the other things got eaten😅😅I like that they gave extra sauce and chilli at the side, and if u don’t like a particular thing in the rojak u can just tell the Uncle, he’ll give you more of something else!!

Though somehow I would liked to have more vinegar(what I like sour things too😝😝) it’s always been my fav thing to eat at Beo Crescent hawker centre besides probably the prataXD
Oh and if you are looking for a lighter option, you can change the noodles to kuay teow(preferred by me😅😅) or to bee hoon or mix different noodles for the same price and... the store auntie is really nice heheh😆😆

However, I would have liked if they had added more spice or have chilli sauce at the side as it was not at all spicy. I mean yes I do love a good mala but I consider my tolerance to be that of average so it really didn’t work for me. BUTTT.... the dumplings were so good!! Like crispy on one side and soft on the other(maybe due to the yogurt sauce below) but it paired really well. The curry actually was more of an Indian style and I’m not complaining!! It served as the perfect side to the noodles. The drink was bland at first(cuz we dumb and never mix it😂😂) but upon mixing it was actually really refreshing and it cleaned the palette rather well. I can’t stop thinking about the candies ginger bits inside the drinks it’s so good!! The whole thing comes in a lunch set($16) but can also be ordered a la carte prices(but apparently I need to buy at least 1 set during lunch hours😒😒) Overall I really enjoyed my first dumpling darlings experience and I’ll be back to try the other flavours!! @dumpling.darlings please come up with more flavours of noodles though and keep up the good work!!😊😊

The crumble itself surprised me as it actually has a blueberry jam base below the apple purée, and omg can I just say I absolutely LOVED the walnuts on top it gave the much needed crunchiness and took it to a whole new level. Unfortunately,maybe due to the ice cream, the crumble wasn’t as warm as I wished but oh well the flavours and buttery crust make up for it. The vanilla ice cream was also on the creamy side and I could see the black dots of the vanilla bean while eating it. Actually, it paired so well with the granola and caramel I just kept scooping mouthfuls of it without the crumble itself😂😂 but I guess well everything kinda melded together in its own unique way😊😊 Here’s to more food and dessert in the upcoming year and HAPPY 2019 FOLKS!!!🎊😁

And wow I’m really quite blown away by the pizza. The pizza bread base was honestly the winner, as it’s chewy-ness paired so well with the pull of the cheese, the capsicum added the perfect crunch to it as well as another level of flavour. The topping that I really loved was nope not the salami or the ham but the fried battered mushrooms!! Most would just throw on raw mushrooms but omg these are so much better they just wanna make me order an entire side of itXD Other dishes were the pasta as well as the soup of the day(which for today was mushroom soup). The cream pasta was great as I could actually taste a hint of truffle oil which added on to its aroma. However,I’m not a big fan of the tomato base pasta as it kind of tasted like the canned tomato purée and it was too sweet for my liking. The mushroom soup was though abit watery, but it went well with the bread at the side and the chunks of mushroom are to die for😍😍
The whole meal was quite affordable,with set meals to share and student meals(under $10!!) so overall good quality and wallet friendly!!

The noodles were actually really springy and I could really feel my jaw work as I was slurping up the noodlesXD the sauce was not too salty, complementing the thick noodles with generous chunks of meat and vegetables. There was enough sauce and more to go around for the noodles so not to worry!! I like to think that the ambiance adds on to the taste and the place smells like its always frying something, and it really added on to my anticipation for the food to come,either that or I was plain hungry😂😂I would be back to try the galbi which I saw many eating!!
