Initially I was recommended to Yuzu Plum Wine. I tried but not really to my preference. So I ordered the Komasa Premium Plum Wine for my 2nd serving and it is just the way I like my plum wine to be. Just nice for chillaxing with friends.

Salad have fresh mixture of lettuce and sashimi, together with the hyaluronic acid jelly. Perhaps I flip the salad too much then the jelly seems to melt off a bit. Over experience is good. I shall order their collagen hotpot on my next dining at there.
