We only got to know that they made an exception for us to have the Sunday brunch when it was already discontinued the previous week. Service 💯✔️. Handmade pizzas on the spot, with fresh ingredients as toppings. They were not stingy with the cheese either. Gnocchi Gorgonzola e Noci • $28++ I have no idea what possessed me to order this. It's good but it's way too heavy! I enjoyed the first few bites but after a while, it gets pretty gelat. The dense gnocchi pasta were coated and tossed in a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce topped with walnuts. It's like a mac & cheese on steroids.

Cannoli [$10] An oldie but goodie, this traditional cannoli at Sopra has been around since its launch (two year back) but is just as good as ever. We pick up the flaky pastry, and take a bite as it gently crumbles in our hands – signs of a good cannoli. Inside its crisp shell holds ricotta cream dotted with chocolate rice and candied orange that adds a hint of citrus and zest, it's fruitiness preventing the dessert from falling into dense territory. It's elegance with a touch of fun.

Swopping out michelin noodle Noodles where the feature is the pork belly or char siew is lost on me cos I don’t eat those. They kindly swopped out the pork for me today!

a noodle story i didn’t intend to come here for dinner but saw they had a promotion so i dropped by… and it ended up BLOWING MY MIND. noodles were very springy, and i enjoyed every single thing in that bowl - the egg, the soft chashu that is so soft it practically dissolves in your mouth, the ngoh hiang, fried wanton… and the wanton soup was great to cleanse my palate at the end. they had an outlet at guoco tower but it has closed unfortunately :( but so delicious 8/10!

Singapore Style Ramen | $12.90 The noodles were nicely tossed this time round with its melt in the mouth pork belly. The ngoh hiang is extremely flavourful but felt that it was a little too salty today.

Seafood tendon ($18.90++) Comes with miso soup and a mini chawanmushi. Tempura includes prawns, salmon, scallop, squid, long bean, mushroom and white fish. The tempura were not too oily and didn have any smelly oil taste. The fish was still tender and not dry. The portion was just nice too. They have a bottle of tempura sauce on the table which u can add on if u like.

Great Tempura Find Was walking around to decide what to eat before stumbling on this tendon place. We were being served chawamushi first before getting our mains. The Tempura is not oily which make it healthy. Quite worth the money too

Crabmeat Linguine Located along the riverside of the idyllic Sungei Serangoon, Whisk & Paddle is one of our favourite spot for a nice relaxed afternoon. The only problem is that we ain't the only ones as there is often a long wait for a table and an even longer wait for food 😭😭😭. It used to get unbearably hot in the al fresco areaa during the afternoon but thank goodness they have extended the air conditioning to most parts of the cafe. One of favourite dishes here is the crabmeat linguine which features al dente linguine with a generous portion of crabmeat in a spicy tomato sauce topped with Italian parsley. We love the combination of the sweet yet slightly briny crabmeat with the tangy tomato sauce. The only problem is that you might end up reaching for the iced water if you bite on a chilli padi or two!

Flat White And while the 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 ($5.50) was smooth, we felt it was lacking in robustness. However, extra points for the two gem biscuits that came with it, evoking fond childhood memories.

Butter Croissant w Scrambled Eggs You can't really go wrong with the 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴𝘀 ($14.80). The crispy, flakey croissant was paired with a creamy scramble and a choice of either candied bacon or creamy dill mushrooms (we chose the former). The sweet-savoury bacon stole our hearts and we couldn't fault this dish.

Zen ($4.80) i never see mini dessert before as they promote omakase dessert than their cafe menu tbh. but at least their size looked cute tbh. black sesame didn't overlaps each other with matcha and red bean.

Rosti & Sausage ($23) i would be said that their rosti just average lmao at least their scrambled egg and sausage saved the day tbh.

Snow man Lychee yogurt mousse, Yuzu curd white choc cremeux: texture was light and taste refreshing. However it was monotone after a while, no layered flavor.
