Corn chips with nachos cheese. Cheese not exactly as good as expected. Great that it was warm when served, but lacking the taste of nachos cheese.

Forgettable. But I'll be back for the desserts. :)

Waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, awesome. Comes with belgium chocolate Gelato, semi-dark chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, crunchy almond flakes, double chocolate chip biscotti, marshmallows and fruits. Super good, super pleasing to the eyes. Didn't expect such goodness from an unassuming cafe.

Had to try this for the love of waffle and the unique bacon ice-cream. Huge portion of waffle to my surprise, good to share for 3 or 4 pax. The first sight of the ice-cream caught me by surprise as it does not even look like a full scoop (as you can see from the pic). I can definitely understand that some flavors of ice-cream is not able to withstand the heat or does not contain any stabilizer and therefore melts almost immediately after leaving the freezer, but the serving does not seem to be this case. Definitely too little for such a generous portion of waffles anyway. On the bright side, the ice-cream is really good, never expected that the sweet and the savory can blend so well together! And it goes really well with the waffles. Reflected my disappointment to the owner (David, who is really friendly and checks on all customers) and got to know that the chef was away while this waffle was made and therefore explaining the half scoop; in all usual cases, full scoop is definitely the way to go.

Bacon strips half-dipped with dark or white chocolate, your choice. We took 5 dark and 1 white. Tasted a bit like bah kwah, crispy. But the combination of sweet and salty is definitely interesting. Smaller option available at $2.50/pc.

Quail eggs wrapped with bacon, on top of a bed of rosti, served with honey mustard sauce. Eggs with bacon is awesome! It's a little party in the mouth. Rosti is soft, chewy and tasted as if the chef made it with some secret ingredient. Indulge!

We chose the spicy bacon (choice of original, candied and spicy). Comes with pita bread, bacon jam, vege and tomatoes. Didn't look like much but it's ohhh sooo good!!

Bacon Jam on baguette. Full of bacon, sweet, salty and tangy all at the same time. If it's sold in a jar, I will get one! *must try, or opt for the bigger portion if you have a large group*

Coffee from Chye Seng Huat. Awesome, smooth and well-blended chocolate and coffee. Huge portion too!

Simply love the Nuage! Awesome cheesecake, really unique, flavorful with taste of cheese and milk (wondering if it's condense milk). The graham crust is really flavorful as well, though it chips off pretty easily. Au Chocolat is great (I wonder how they make the top of the cake so smooth, it's shiny!), bitter yet sweet, with ganache surprises. But it may be a bit too much for 1, so do share!

Moist and cheesy. Best to share as it is a little heavy.

Very unique and exclusive to Bravery (at least in SG). Very refreshing taste but personally feel that the taste of lavender is over-powering and so I can't really taste much of the coffee. Want to try something different? You should try this.
