Meat lovers will delight in the 35-day dry aged sirloin steak of perfect doneness, accompanied by chicken liver crostini, deep fried sage and (it’s back to Italy) with a sprinkle of Italian truffles. We’ve got our heart set on the lobster al forno, an Italian classic of absolutely fresh and succulent Boston lobster—its firm flesh crunching between our teeth like music to the ears, served alongside a piquantly robust handmade spaghetti pomodoro. What we truly love about the pastas here—spot on al dente, every single time. Full review of Jamie's Italian Valentine's Day menu on GourmetAdventures.net.

This was an amazing combo! Spam fries were crisp, not greasy and didn't have the awful aftertaste that some spam have. Lime mayo was creamy yet so refreshing, and was perfect with the salty spam. I've never liked spam but I thoroughly enjoyed this.

Whoever thought of combining mac & cheese, truffle and waffles must be a genius! This rendition of Mac & Cheese is simply a crowd pleaser. Montana made it even better with their salsa sauce which strangely went well with it! However, there wasn't much truffle taste in the waffles I have to say but the picky eater hand model was satisfied 😏 #burpple

After visiting the ice cream bar for three times, I finally got the chance to try their gourmet waffles with hay & honey ice cream ($10.50). The charcoal waffles is surrounded by salted caramel and lavender petals while a small cup of salted egg sauce is served separately for you to drizzle into the waffles before eating. It's a celebration of flavours in your mouth.

Felt that this could've done with a bit more of the sauce but this was overall very delicious.

So glad I've finally tried this chicken!!! It was SO GOOD, perfect with a glass of red 🍷 #foodspotting #foodstamping #foodporn #burpple

Was longing for something really comforting in the middle of yesterday's tough work day, and this absolutely hit the spot. Besides the luxurious, uber-cheesy sauce, I love that the dish features sizeable chunks of beef (cheek?) instead of token mince.

One of our favorite brunch spots, Super Loco boasts an excellent range of Mexican nosh that sits all too well with the belly. There's nothing we didn't enjoy tremendously on the menu, but what really stood out was the breakfast burrito, generously filled with tenderly cooked chunky slices of steak, scrambled eggs and Mexican beans, served alongside house-made salsa rojo and pico de gallo that truly boosted its flavor. Equally impressive is the equites (grilled corn kernels) slathered in cotija cheese, lime mayo and chili. The heat packs quite a punch so be sure to order one of their delicious cocktails to quell the flames!

Coming up exclusively for diners on Valentine's Day (8.30pm seating only), this is a lovely treat of juicy pork belly jazzed up with clementine sorbet, dehydrated orange, and hoisin sauce. My favourite parts of this are hands down the crispy skin and chicharron (essentially pork keropok).
