Chewy and soft Mochis! The pink one has red bean paste as its filling, white one has peanuts and the green one has green tea paste.

Baked these cookies for my friends! It is only nice when eaten hot. So when these cookies came out of the oven, they finished it in seconds :)

Warm, gooey chocolate center. Accompanied with vanilla ice cream.
