Beef Salpicao I already had pasta for dinner a few hours ago but I was still able to finish Cafe Juan Miguel's beef salpicao: tender beef cubes cooked with just the right flavor (loved the veggies, too), nice mashed potatoes made the way Ross Geller prefers it (with lumps), and creamy, buttery gravy (my friend loved it!).
