Tastes like Teh halia. I love the idea of using a cinnamon stick for a stirrer. It adds taste and is visually appealing as well.

This is a must try of 饶河 night market. The shilin one doesn't match up to this. This has a thin crispy crust and the inner filling tastes like marshmallows which melts in your mouth into a sweet syrup. Yum!
Still fat and juicy after being baked. Yum!
