Probably one of the best Katsu in BKK. In the top 5 for sure. IMO.

Made this awesome ice cream. Based on Hokkaido milk/cream, fresh cherries, vanilla pods, Pyrat XO rum, and shavings of dark chocolate. Frikkin awesome :)

Just for fun, saw this at a fresh market. Fish caught while eating another fish.

Cold steeped ginger, lemongrass, and Nishi pear tea. Easy and refreshing. #homemade

Roasted and slow-juiced trio of tomatoes, pressed celery juice, radish, a mixed array of spices, and bison grass vodka. #homemade

One of the best coffee joints in BKK (coffee only, basically an espresso bar). Great barista = awesome coffee.

An awesome dessert made by my pastry chef friend Jeff. Based on a rice "pudding" with vanilla and other spices, caramel something flan, and fresh pomelo/orange.

A good old favorite. Pulled pork, caramelized apple, smoked maple syrup, poached eggs, and hollandaise. Over indulgence.
