Hakka noodle, rather different. All the "fish cakes" are handmade. Very tasty.
Thai style, Yum-Moo. A bit like Yum Woon Sen salad, but without vermicelli. With pork belly slices, chili paste and instead of fish sauce, we use Pudu - Southern Thai/Kelantan fish sauce.
Other than the steamed flower crab at CV hawker, this is the best crab I've had here. Period.
