My very 1st trial baking in this version of brownies! And... Quite a success! Yeeeay...
Chocolate ice cream wrapped in dough and deep-fried to a golden-brown crisp. Love the contrast of the hot, light crust against the icy, frozen filling.
Creamy mousse covered in blueberry jam & a swirl of whipped cream. Slightly bitter but eatable.
I think I should have just open a pasta restaurant! What do you think? Hahaha *inmydream* βΊ
