Chicken gizzard cooked with garlic, onion, vinegar, and soy sauce. Its oriental taste captures my friends' taste buds every time I cook this dish and it makes every get together worth remembering. Have a meaningful day everyone! ;)

My family loves this dish because it's very delicious. They even suck the juice out of the shrimp's head which for me is kinda' odd. ;)
