Hand Pour Coffee (HKD 65) . | A small coffee place located besides the busy street of Mong Kok. Because of the crazy rental, such cafe which specialized in coffee and served minimum food is very rare. They served dozen of choices of bean and more than 5 brewing methods. . | I tried the bean from Central America - Panana, Gran Del Val Estate. Fruity, lemonade with a hint of sweet finish. 32G of bean with a 80 degree water totally extracted the flavors without damaging its body. Good place to hide from the crowd.
