The noodles was quite notable for the dish as it's texture is different from the pho that I usually have in pho hoa. Ba noi's version pulls quite well, it feels "fresh".
I like how the consistency of their peanut sauce is not that thick. Enough peanut taste and just the right amount of sweetness.
