Self made carrot cake from scratch, no oil used. Mum made the carrot cake,using more carrots than flour. Added in Cai Poh and one egg to make this Chinese carrot cake. Definitely the tastiest and healthiest carrot cake you can find.

Sometimes you just need to give yourself a little treat by adding Oreo. Haha
