They did the noodles right. Soba was cold, refreshingly drenched w wasabi and very tangy. Fish was also not too tough. Very worth cbd lunch at $10! Easy to find seats too.

Nothing fabulous abt the dish. Duck was too salty. Egg was bland. Would not go back to the restaurant. I liked the environment tho.

Loved the hipster vibes of Wheelers Yard. The place is good for groups, filled with boisterous chatter and tables for families. But can get quite crowded. The ondeh ondeh cake was the first I've tried and it's q good. The gula melaka filling was moist, the cake wasnt overly sweet and creamy. At a price of $7, it's reasonable enough. They didnt allow me to pay with pay wave because I used burpple beyond tho ;_; they also dont accept paywave if ure spending less than $20. Also, the place is quite ulu, best if u drive there.

Loved the ambience. Very chill setting - it wasnt cramped like most bars and there are wooden ledges for you to sprawl out on too. Good for catching up. The waitress didnt really bother us and asking us too order too. Price wise was quite reasonable too. We went at 10pm on a tuesday night and there was $26 for 2 cocktails. My friend and I got 3 espresso martinis each. First one was too sweet, and the subsequent ones we told them not to add syrup and the coffee taste became much stronger. Gave me such a hangover the next day though! Oh and location was perfect too! Just opposite 313 somerset :) this one is definitely making it into my list of favourite bars!

Recommended for cheese lovers and runny egg lovers. Surprised by the running egg in the middle of the toast. HOW DO THEY EVEN DO THAT! It's gr8 but would have been nice to have some greens by the side. Also, I rly didnt get the bacon jam on the bread by the side hmmmmmm

Unique concept. First time having wasabi with soba --> refreshing. But the portion was a bit too small. We had to get additional snacks after our meal. Think it would make more sense if u can have smaller bowls and one meal comprises of several smaller bowls of diff flavours. Also, not too sure about the healthy part. It's mostly carbs and very few protein and veggies. Wouldnt come back without one for one lol

Went to get this for lunch. Good choice for lunch near CBD. Not crowded. Rather value for money for a chirashi don. Thick slices of salmon and tuna given. The rice is the highlight of the dish! Super duper yummy. But I gobbled the food down too quickly as I was too hungry. Portion could have been bigger.

Wont be paying 20 bux for a pack of instant noodles again.

+ good service
+ decent fries
- chicken sucks
- sauce tasted gross (hot shot and tokyo dragon)
- poor ambience - poorly lit
- space was quite cramped

I mean, who soaks chicken drumsticks in vinegar??? (PLEASE do yourself a favour and dont choose hot shot if you dont want pungent vinegar up your nose.)
