To avoid spamming I decided to make a collage 😊 here are some of our favourites as well as new dishes on the menu. 1st row: passionfruit shooter, stewed beef tendon with puff pastry and poached salmon with edamame. 2nd row: bacon infused pumpkin velouté, seafood platter in saffron sauce and chimichanga served with beurre Blanc sauce. 3rd row: beef short rib with mashed potatoes, Dozo's mocktail of love and iced genki blend. Always love going to Dozo. Staff is friendly, food is good and pretty presentation.
Hawaiian Eggs Benedict Pancake
Not your regular eggs benedict. Instead of english muffin - they used fluffy pancakes . The pancakes were layered with forest ham, topped with poached egg and hollandaise sauce. And to give you the hawaiian flavor, its served with small chunks of pan-grilled pineapples on the side.
