It comes with the lentils and the pan seared bacon and fois gras (part 1) and then the waitress would come and serve by pouring the soup over

The noodles were nice and tender, doesn't go all soft and soggy, beef was very tasty and the soup was delicious but obviously had MSG...so be prepared to down two bottle of drinks 20mins after the meal
We don't have this in HK, it's not great, but good enough for a quick grab and go breakfast
The two other Taiwanese Signature dishes are the noodles with meat sauce and the rice with meat sauce.
This is one of the famous deep fried dishes found in Taiwan, it's a light crispy batter with salt & pepper on the side for seasoning
Three pieces of thick toast cut into cubes and stuffed back in and stacked with whipped cream, vanilla icecream, chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries, I suggest you share this
This was better than the one I had at the Mandarin Oriental as the cronut was layered like a croissant, just as I imagined it should be like
The waffle is stuffed with chewy mochi best enjoyed while it's still hot, it's lightly sweetened with honey
