The thick broth, made from the golden ratio of chicken and dried sardine, had a muddy texture and was well-balanced, rich, and umami-packed. The wheat noodles were fat, thick, and slurpy, not particularly chewy but still firm to the bite. The pork had a unique roasted aroma and savouriness, with a lean-fatty, chewy texture.

One small inconvenience was the free-flow plain water is placed at the farthest end from the entrance, meaning you'll have to wriggle your way to and fro through the cramped space to get to it.
