I visited this restaurant for dinner and it is definitely a remarkable experience! The flavour combination in their signature fish burger is spectacular. The buns are also soft like cushion and has a slight smokey taste which I appreciated. Additionally, I enjoyed their huge oysters which are fresh and bursting with juice.

Amazed by the innovative approach to food, it was interesting to see new techniques on dishes for example the Squid Noodles with Ink which tasted great with the char from being grilled over charcoals!

Their Prawn toast is especially crispy, fresh. With the sauce mashed on it, the flavor is combined with a pleasant sweet taste.

We started with the sourdough bread, the seaweed and honey butter is good. We tried the squid noodles and ink, it’s a must try. Very interesting and unique dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. Jumbo king prawn, though on the pricy side but it’s worth every bits of it. We can see lots of creativity into the food preparation.

The dishes here all have wonderful elements of fusion cuisine while staying true to the essence of their main ingredient

Jumbo prawn was a testament to one prawn and co’s namesake. Full-bodied sauce really complemented the rich seafood without overpowering it, with a great garnish on the side for texture
