This was a complimentary dish from one of the lovely staff and it turned out to be a highlight. Silky poached chicken, chilled and drenched in fragrant chilli oil with crunchy peanuts, cucumber and mashed garlic. It looked fiery but wasn’t overly spicy, bold, savoury and beautifully balanced 》$10.80

These wantons looked fiery in its deep red broth but the spice was surprisingly gentle. Each wonton was plump, silky and filled with well‑seasoned meat, soaking up just enough of the fragrant chilli oil to stay flavourful without overwhelming. A dish that balances comfort. Bold in appearance, mellow in taste and easy to love 》$8.80 / 8 Pcs

Lightly crisp florets with a touch of seasoning and savoury depth. A simple, comforting side that balances out the spicier dishes, making it a quiet but essential part of the spread 》$13.80

Fried till crisp, tossed with heaps of dried chilli and Sichuan peppercorns. Crazy spicy, crunchy, aromatic and addictive. The kind of dish that keeps you reaching back even as the heat builds 》$20.80

This grilled fish was highly recommended by the staff and it didn’t disappoint. Served bubbling with onions, beansprout, green and red chillies. The fish was tender and soaked up all the flavours beautifully.

Though it looked bright red and fiery, the spice was actually well‑balanced. The mid spicy broth was drinkable, making the whole dish comforting rather than overwhelming. A dish that’s easy to enjoy and share 》$29.80 / Limbo Fish

Skewers aren’t the main draw here but they’re worth a try. Had the lamb, pork and mushroom skewers, all grilled to tender perfection with char and seasoning. It’s been a while since skewers felt this soft, tender and satisfying.
