Perfect for the hazy hot Saturday afternoon. Luscious and creamy with strong avocado taste, each mouthful was a delight!! Think it will be better if they drizzle some Gula Melaka over 😍

Thanks for making these delicious vegan cakes that my granny can enjoy! Love them so much! 😘😘
Initially I thought it would be too jelat but it's proven to be not. The pairing of mentaiko filling with the sweet toast was brilliant as the bread neutralizes the saltiness. Torched mentaiko on top was rather salty so I don't recommend you to just taste it alone. Our chosen ice cream was Sea Salt Gula Melaka and it was yummy! ❣ On my next visit, I shall try their CURRY version lava toast! ❣Let's MEET & MELT together!!

Combining two classic Japanese flavours together, this fluffy matcha sponge, completed with Matcha buttercream, black sesame frosting, and black sesame white chocolate ganache is from Montana’s newest dessert range - Freak Cakes (of 5 distinct and exciting flavours).
Expecting a denser, sugar-filled, over-the-top treat, their Matcha Black Sesame Freak Cake was surprisingly soft and balanced. Not just pretty to look at, the cake was not overly sweet or cloy. The ganache and goma drips also lent a nutty fragrance while the buttercream had a pleasant bitterness to complement the assortment of toppings.
Pushing the crazed ‘Freakshakes’ aside as the Freak Cakes take center stage, each creation goes for $14.80++. Hence, produced at limited quantities daily, it is recommended to pre-order to avoid disappointment~
This was a hosted meal.
That explain why the price tag, they definitely use the freshest ingredients. -M
White Rabbit Lava Cake (SGD $6.50) - A matcha sponge oozing out with our childhood creamy flavor of 大白兔奶糖 and topped with a homemade crispy black sesame 贡糖. A nice twist to the usual lava cake. Surprisingly the lava cake is not as sweet as you might think and the flavors complimented well with each other.
Nutella Banana Toast topped with a gelato of your choice at ($11) ! Lovely way to chase away Monday blues !
