Nice Sweets

Everything has to be really specific and once you get one thing wrong, the batch is no longer fit for use and you have to start all over again. The mixing process by hand was probably the most tiring step. Quite satisfied with my macarons though I have to admit that my instructor had to assist me a couple of times. 📷: @hungrybaker

Here's a not-so-common find in Pasar Malams. Churrosome is one of the newer tenants in the Pasar Malam right beside Woodlands MRT Station which sells Churros in two variants; Salted Caramel and Chocolate. Churros were well-coated with cinnamon sugar and are fried on the spot, so its crisp outside though a tad hollow and cakey inside. Salted Caramel sauce was good but I would love a more generous portion as it barely covered the portion of Churros served. Quite affordable at $4 per tub with around 7 bite-sized portions that fixes your Churro cravings
