Gu Zao Ren Seafood Taiwan Porridge (Changi Road)

Had the vegetables, fish and sweet potato porridge. Authentic and familiar taste. Recommended to try for a dinner spot!

Traditional food with affordable price. Love the sweet and sour pork and steam minced meat. Lots of parking lots and near to Kembangan mrt too.

We have Taiwan Porridge quite regularly and Guzaoren is really one of the best places for Taiwan Porridge in Singapore. Its menu is unpretentious, wholesome, diverse and yet traditional too. Every dish is cooked to order. Instead of the usual minced meat patty and omelette dishes we always order, we tried the black pepper beef for a change. It was satisfyingly good!

Had dinner at this restaurant and the dishes were great. Tried the hotplate beancurd and it had an original taste. Good to try!

We chanced upon this porridge place and found out that it is actually also a zi char place, except it serves sweet potato porridge to go with your dishes (rice is an option as well). You would also be happy to find out the rice/porridge are free flow!

There was a variety of different dishes to choose from, ranging from vegetables/tofu, fish, prawns, sotong to rice/noodles and soup. Feel free to take your pick as all the dishes we ordered were of good zi char standard. Will recommend friends & family!

Thrilled to have another local cuisine. Awesome to found another supper spot as they open till late. Great variety of dishes at average price. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. They have parking lots right outside the restaurant but is limited, nearby also have open space parking. Walking distance from mrt too!
