I like charcoal buns and i cannot lie that its always just for the aesthetics, but these charcoal buns proved me so wrong. They were really good. The fluffy buns which were toasted till crisp on the outside, and they tasted so amazingly good. They carried a faint buttery and subtly sweet fragrance, almost as if they were caramelized. What sorcery, all burgers really need to have buns like this.😋The braised beef went really well with the gruyère cheese which was torched such that there was a nice, smokey flavour to it. Also comes with a side of thick cut truffle fries which were addictive 😊
